CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HIGH SEASON
Non-Refundable Rate:
For cancellations made 30 days before check-in, 100% of the deposit will be credited toward future reservations, subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR LOW AND MID SEASONS For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before check-in, 50% of the deposit will be credited toward future reservations, subject to availability.
For cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before check-in, 25% of the deposit will be credited toward future reservations, subject to availability.
For cancellations made between 7 and 2 days before check-in, 10% of the deposit will be credited toward future reservations, subject to availability.
For cancellations made within 72 hours before arrival, the deposit will not be credited.
Standard Rate:
The Standard Rate allows a free date change 7 days before the arrival date, within 90 days of the original booking, and for the same type of rate.
For cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours before the arrival date, a 20% retention will apply to the total booking amount.
For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the arrival date, a 50% retention will apply to the total booking amount.
For cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows, or early departures, a 100% penalty of the total booking amount will apply.
The rates shown are valid as of today. In the event of rate changes at the time of your stay, any difference will be applied proportionally to the outstanding balance.
Promotions: All promotions are subject to the terms of the "non-refundable" rate.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made using any credit card through the "Mercado Pago" system, via a payment button or link provided when booking.
For payments made with credit or debit cards, the "non-refundable" rate conditions will apply.
